Welcome To The Semi Weightlifting Club

The Semi weightlifting club is located in South Surrey, British Columbia Canada.  We are the biggest weightlifting club in BC.  We are always looking for new members, so drop by Semiahmoo secondary on weekdays between 4pm-7pm.

The SEMI rankings are up, and the SEMI records have once again been updated.  Results of the BC Senior Championships are also up (courtesy of the FHQ)

A few updates have been made.  The link to the new BC Weightlifting Association's website is up in the Links section.  An updated events calendar is also up in the Events section.  Semi records have also been updated.
